PU in-situ foam is closed-cell, waterproof and, as the name suggests, manufactured on site. The system is sprayed onto the roof in liquid form and, after a short reaction time (2-5 seconds), forms a seamless and seamless seal with very good insulation values (WLS 022).

Depending on the layer thickness, PU in-situ foam from isodach can be used as roof sealing or as effective roof insulation. Depending on the client's requirements.

The finished roof is coated by us again in two layers with liquid plastic as UV protection and is accessible for maintenance work.

The big advantage of this process is that the roof surface is thermally calmed to a considerable extent thanks to the external insulation. High levels of heating caused by the sun and sudden rain lead to temperature drops that no longer affect the roof. The polyurethane foam absorbs the fluctuations.

Waterproof and breathable

Our PUR in-situ foam is a closed-cell, 2-component system. Due to its structure, the finished PUR in-situ foam seals securely and reliably, even in critical connection areas. Since the system is applied as a liquid, it easily reaches even the smallest cracks and corners, bonds firmly to the surface and seals critical areas reliably and permanently. This has been tested by TÜV.
